Sleep-Well with Melatonin

Sleep-Well is designed to assist us in falling asleep and staying asleep.  While enabling us to rest, relax, and rebuild from the day-to-day activities of everyday life.

Directions: 1-3 capsules 30-60 minutes before going to bed.

Valerian root-may aid in reducing the time it takes to fall asleep.  Valarian root may reduce symptoms of insomnia, restlessness, and anxiety.

Chamomile-may assist in falling asleep (insomnia), reduce nervousness, and promote calming effects.

Passion Flower-dietary supplement for anxiety and sleep problems, as well as for pain, heart rhythm problems, menopausal symptoms, and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder.  Passion flower is a calming herb.

Ashwagandha–might help calm the brain, reduce swelling, lower blood pressure, reduce cortisol, calm the adrenal glands.

Dream Herb- Some properties associated with the plant’s traditional uses have been demonstrated including anti-diabetic, anti-spasmatic, anti-depressant and more. This herb also promotes the ability to remember dreams and possibly encourage lucid dreaming.

Magnesium Glycinate–Magnesium is critical to keeping you healthy. It helps your body regulate nerve and muscle function, blood sugar levels and inflammation.

Magnesium l-Threonate-Magnesium L-threonate may help manage certain brain disorders, such as depression, Alzheimer’s disease, and age-related memory loss.

Melatonin- regulates circadian rhythm.
